New help for Kowethas

With the aid of a grant from MAGA, togetherwith European funding via the University at Tremough, the Kowethashas been very fortunate to get a post-graduate placement from theUniversity to assist with improving our marketing andpublicity.

Her name is Liz Crossland and she is an MAProfessional Writing student. Liz will be working on producingpublicity materials for the Kowethas, some improvements to AnGannas and the website and getting the Kowethas linked up toTwitter!

Here are a few words from Liz about the latter:

“Dydh da, I’m Liz, Marketing and Publications Co-ordinator forThe Cornish Language Fellowship.

The Kowethas is now on Twitter! We’re targeting an online audienceto promote news and events such as Yeth an Werin informal pubgatherings and, of course, the Kowethas itself. Using Cornish andEnglish hashtags, we are steadily gaining followers, includinglocal radio station Source FM.
