An increasing number of businesses inCornwall are using Cornish in their marketing or in the names theychoose for their products. Cornish is distinctive and emphasiseslocal origin.

This section shows you some of the ways in which Cornish isbeing used currently and also includes some guidance on using twolanguages.

Into Cornwall website ‘Into Cornwall’ is a website providinginformation about all aspects of Cornwall, both for residents andvisitors, and recently it has undergone a major transformation toincorporate Cornish throughout it.

Glasswing Jewellery In July 2010 Glasswing Jewellery, a Penzancebusiness that specialises in making contemporary silver jewellery,was named Negys a’n Mis (Business of the Month).

Polgoon In April 2010 MAGA named Polgoon Vineyard asits Negys a’n Mis (Business of the Month) for that month.

WC Rowe In 2009 a Cornish bakery took business use ofCornish to an entirely new level by encouraging its staff to use abit of Cornish with customers.

Raw Cornish As the MAGA translation service neared its1000th translation, we asked one of our regular clients, RawCornish, to tell us a bit about their business and how they use thetranslations we have provided for them.
